TERMS OF SERVICE | Money Index Net

Pursuant to this Agreement, moneyindexnet.com, and its “Clients” shall agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.) Order Tracking / Statistics provided by moneyindexnet.com is final and binding.

2.) moneyindexnet.com is not liable to replace duplicate records in the client’s database. A person may signup for similar offers at different websites and at different times.

3.) moneyindexnet.com will supply a client with 10% additional leads to cover for possible invalid and duplicate leads. Under no circumstances can a client demand any additional compensation/refund for duplicate leads. However, if invalid telephone numbers exceed 10% of the order quantity, then moneyindexnet.com will replace the invalid leads. After this replacement, moneyindexnet.com will not be liable for any further replacements. No overage/extra leads are provided on sale orders.

4.) moneyindexnet.com will make every effort to fulfill an order within 2 business days after order placement. However, moneyindexnet.com may take up to 15 business days to completely fulfill an order.

5.) In no event shall either party be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, or loss of profits.

6.) moneyindexnet.com.com sell prospect lists only. We DO NOT guarantee sales or conversions. By placing your order you agree that you can not chargeback citing dissatisfaction with quality or service.

7.) The relationship between moneyindexnet.com and the Client will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas. Client hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas and the federal courts situated in the State of Texas in connection with any action arising between the parties.

8.) If any of the terms are held unenforceable, the reminder of the terms shall remain in effect. Please DO NOT place your order if you do not agree with our terms and conditions.

9.) moneyindexnet.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately.

10.) By agreeing to this Agreement, the Client warrants that Client (or Authorized Representative of the Client) is at least 18 years of age, and that there is no legal reason that Client cannot enter into a binding contract. Client also agrees to receive snail mail, email, telephonic and any and all other types of advertising solicitations from moneyindexnet and its business divisions.
