- Only new numbers are able to be generated. No number transfers from other companies and this cannot be used as a plan refill. If you are already a Simple Mobile customer you must discard your old sim and use our new sim with a new number. You cannot use any of your sim cards, We can only activate our sim cards.
- Sim cards are Tri-cut-sized (Regular , micro and nano) and fit all model phones.

After Purchase:
- Please wait for the mail to reach you; First Class (free) shipping can take 3-7 business days.
- Send us an email with your new sim card number and your local zip code. Please allow normal business hours for activation.
- Please send only one message; We will activate between 10 AM-7 PM Central time Mon-Sat SUN 11 AM-5 PM . We will send you a confirmation email once activated.
- Place the sim card inside your T-Mobile device, Simple Mobile device or carrier unlocked device. This sim card will not work for other carrier specific phones that are not unlocked. Additionally the phone must not be in lost/stolen/blacklisted mode. It is your responsibility to determine if your phone is compatible with this service before purchasing (for example, as an analogy we are simply selling you fuel, the functionality of your car is your responsibility!). Please email us before purchasing if you would like us to help you confirm compatibility.

Return Policy
- No Return. Once a sim card has been activated, that means We have made a payment on your behalf to Simple Mobile and since they do not rollback activations or refund money, We cannot refund you. After activation, sale is final, no refunds. Technical issues such as connectivity issues must be addressed to Simple Mobile since we are only a point of sale and do not have the tools to troubleshoot existing service.
