• Place the sim card inside your T-Mobile device, Simple Mobile device or carrier unlocked device. This sim card will not work for other carrier specific phones that are not unlocked. Additionally the phone must not be in lost/stolen/blacklisted mode. Return Policy

• No Return. Once a sim card has been activated, that means We have made a payment on your behalf to Simple Mobile and since they do not rollback activations or refund money, We cannot refund you. After activation, sale is final, no refunds. Technical issues such as connectivity issues must be addressed to Simple Mobile since we are only a point of sale and do not have the tools to troubleshoot existing service.
