Our returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days or more have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed with tags attached and in its original packaging, Free of stains, dirt, markings and odor.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: We will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. We will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale/promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We process orders very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?

You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus shipping (if applicable) and restocking fee.

Please be aware that the product must be returned in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused. We reserve the right to decline refund on any item that comes back to us used.
